We collect the minimum needed to fulfil an order, we never sell it, and we delete it on request. Last updated July 2026.
What we collect
- Order details: items, totals, delivery name and address.
- Contact details you give us for order updates.
- Anonymous site analytics (pages viewed, device type) to improve the store.
What we never collect
We do not store card numbers, bank credentials or wallet private keys, and we do not require an account to browse.
How we use it
Strictly to process, pack, ship and support your order, and to comply with our own record-keeping. We do not sell, rent or share customer data with advertisers or data brokers.
Retention and deletion
Delivery data is retained only as long as needed to support the order and any claim window, then deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time through Contact and we action it within 30 days.
Cookies
We use functional storage for your cart and anonymous analytics. No cross-site advertising trackers are used on this site.
Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS and HSTS. Access to order data is limited to the staff fulfilling it.
Do you sell customer data?
No. Customer data is never sold, rented or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Can I ask you to delete my data?
Yes. Request deletion through our contact page and we action it within 30 days.
Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can browse and order without creating an account.
